My name is Dale Welsh and I am a self-employed Bag Lady. My area of expertise is in product development of sewn items including backpacks, duffels, and sales cases, to name just a few.

My goal is to take your concept and reduce it to the fewest number of steps possible without sacrificing form or function. I then create a pattern so that your product can be consistently reproduced, and I supervise the construction of your first prototype.

I believe it's imperative that you know every single element of your product, so I will provide you with a materials supplier list and a contractors list of companies available to produce your product.

I will also offer suggestions on how you can create products that reflect your standards of quality, and I will try to help you avoid some of the problems you may encounter manufacturing in the US or overseas.
